Adrienne E. Nordstrom

PARTNER

Adrienne Nordstrom is a Partner at Jacobsen McElroy Booth & Dolin with more than 32 years of litigation experience and is the Co-Leader of the Construction Defect Practice Group along with Julie McElroy. She has trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts. Prior to joining JMBD, she served as a partner at an AV rated civil litigation defense firm in the Bay Area handling complex construction defect cases and also worked in the insurance industry as a claim professional handling architect and engineer liability cases.

Adrienne received her B.A. in Political Science with a Public Law emphasis from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1989, and her Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law in 1993. Adrienne was admitted to practice in California in 1993, Colorado in 1996 and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Northern and Central Districts of California.

Since her admission to the California State Bar in 1993, Adrienne primarily has practiced in the area of civil litigation defense, handling litigation matters for self-insured clients and insurers. She has experience in construction defect litigation, complex litigation, mass tort actions, real property actions and contract disputes. She has represented both large and small developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, materials suppliers and property owners throughout Northern California and the San Joaquin Valley. In addition to her significant litigation background, Adrienne has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution practices as well as advising clients on risk management.

Adrienne enjoys spending time with her family and two labs. In her free time, you can find her at the gym, water skiing, boating and playing piano.
