Jason M. Fodrini

PARTNER

Jason Fodrini is a Partner at Jacobsen McElroy Booth & Dolin and has practiced law since 2003.   He works in the firm’s Southern California office and his practice focuses on defense of complex matters involving representation of large corporations, small businesses and individuals.   His cases involve defense of personal injury, retail and premises liability, transportation, habitability and other complex matters.  He has litigated on behalf of clients in both State and Federal Court and has had significant success in resolving complex litigation disputes in both mediation and arbitration settings.  Additionally, he has defended cases in trial including in Federal Court.  Among his many law and motion victories, Jason’s successes including prevailing on Motions for Summary Judgement, Motions to Compel Arbitration and Motions for Protective Order.

Jason graduated from Santa Clara University in 2000 where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Organizational Analysis and Management.  He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2003 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.  Mr. Fodrini is licensed to practice in the State of California, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.  He is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.

When not busy practicing law, Jason cherishes spending time with his wife and children doing anything outdoors, including hiking, going to the beach and mountain biking as well as attending soccer and basketball games supporting his son and daughter.
