Jason Yang
SENIOR COUNSEL
Jason Yang has spent his entire legal career defending complex civil litigation cases. At Jacobsen and McElroy, his practice focuses on handling of dealership liability, personal injury, habitability and construction matters. Jason is Chair of the firm’s Dealership Liability/Lemon Law Practice Group.
Jason graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2002. In 2005, he graduated with his Master of Arts in Economics from California State University, Sacramento. Jason earned his Juris Doctorate in 2008 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 2008. Jason is also licensed to practice law in Federal Court in the Eastern District and Northern District.
Jason lives with his two overlord cats and enjoys reading historical non-fiction, science fiction, and fantasy. When the weather is nice, he can be found looking for his lost tennis forehand. He is a devoted basketball fan and is a long time Sacramento Kings season ticket holder.
