Adrienne E. Nordstrom

Adrienne Nordstrom is senior counsel at Jacobsen & McElroy with 31 years of litigation experience. She has trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Jacobsen & McElroy, she served as a partner at AV rated civil litigation defense firm in the Bay Area.

Adrienne received her B.A. in Political Science with a Public Law emphasis from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1989, and her Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law in 1993. Adrienne was admitted to practice in California in 1993, Colorado in 1996 and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Northern and Central Districts of California.   

Since her admission to the California State Bar in 1993, Adrienne primarily has practiced in the area of civil litigation defense, handling litigation matters for self-insured clients and insurers. She has experience in construction defect litigation, complex litigation, mass tort actions, real property actions and contract disputes.  She has represented both large and small developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, materials suppliers and property owners throughout Northern California and the San Joaquin Valley. In addition to her significant litigation background, Adrienne has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution practices as well as advising clients on risk management.

Adrienne enjoys spending time with her two labs. In her free time, you can find her at the gym, water skiing, boating and playing piano.
