Clayton T. Graham

SENIOR COUNSEL

Clayton Graham returned to Jacobsen & McElroy in 2017 as part of the firm’s expansion to Southern California. He was previously with the firm from 2011 through 2014 before moving with his fiancé to Southern California. Clayton is Chair of the firm’s Dealership Liability/Lemon Law Practice Group.  He is also the Vice Chair of the firm’s Law and Motion Practice Group which handles many complex motions for the firm’s clients based on his excellent motion writing and legal research skills. 

Clayton’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and complex construction defect cases. His experience includes cases involving dealership liability, construction, personal injury, transportation, premises liability, professional liability and habitability.

Clayton was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2009. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with concentrations in Intellectual Property and International Legal Studies, graduating with distinction in 2009. He served as a Comment Staff Writer for the Pacific McGeorge Global Business and Development Law Journal, authoring All Hail the European Union: Implications of Microsoft v. Commission on Global Antitrust Enforcement. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management Systems with a concentration in Business Administration from the Missouri University of Science & Technology, graduating cum laude in 2006.

Clayton is a member of the Los Angeles and Ventura County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.

An outdoor enthusiast, Clayton enjoys hiking, camping, scuba diving, surfing, and sailing. Clayton volunteers with the Humane Society and also enjoys playing golf and fine wine.
