David H. Pollock

David Pollock is a Partner at Jacobsen McElroy Booth & Dolin and has been practicing law since 1989. He has experience in a wide variety of legal areas including personal injury, transportation, premises liability, technology liability, construction site accidents and other complex civil matters. David graduated from the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston with a Bachelor of Music degree in 1982. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 1989 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. In addition to admission to the California State Bar, David is also licensed to practice law in Federal Court (Northern and Eastern Districts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.)

David is an excellent musician and plays guitar in a rock band. He also enjoys auto racing and spending time with his family and two grandchildren.
