Eileen T. Booth
PARTNER
Eileen Booth is a partner at Jacobsen & McElroy and has extensive experience in complex litigation, specializing in construction defect (representing developers, general contractors and subcontractors), personal injury, habitability, and governmental tort matters. Eileen is an “AV” rated attorney and was admitted to practice law in England in 1994 and in California in 1996. She was also named as a Top Attorney in Construction Litigation by Sacramento Magazine in 2016.
Eileen is a graduate of the University of Buckingham in Buckinghamshire, England where she graduated in 1990 with an Honors Degree in Politics, Economics and Law. Thereafter, she attended Newcastle Polytechnic/Northumbria University, in Newcastle upon Tyne, England where she graduated in 1992 and then trained with the International law firm of Eversheds until 1994. She is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts. Eileen has been a court appointed special advocate under the “CASA” program in Sacramento since 2013. She is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, the Association of Defense Counsel in Northern and Southern California and serves on the Board for the Sacramento Chapter of Claims Litigation Management. She is also a member of the Construction Defect Committee and Public Entity Law Committee of the ADC and has been a member of the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court.
Eileen enjoys backpacking, entertaining, and traveling with her family. She is an advocate for Foster Youth and homeless in the community, and a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).
